Our Client is a well known American company in providing a broad range of sophisticated climate control technologies including design and manufacture of compressors as well as electronic and electromechanical flow controls for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide application and service support to air-conditioning and refrigeration OEMs in Thailand
Handle all customer technical queries relating to line rejects and field rejects
Visit sites to diagnose problems
Conduct technical seminars on products, application and installation for A/C and refrigeration customers
Support the sales and marketing team


QualificationsUniversity graduate - major in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
3 to 5 years working experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration field preferably with a manufacturer or contractor
Good technical knowledge of compressors, system design and troubleshooting
Sound electrical knowledge and hands on experience desirable
Good command of English
Good interpersonal skills, and computer skills, Able to work independently

Airport Contract - AMSS Inc - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Oversees and manages contract services at Suvarnabhumi Airport under AOT policies and regulations
Develop and execute business plan to achieve annual revenue performance target and to support AOT long term target
Work with AOT control committee in order to comply service requirements and follow AOT's service direction
Able to liaise with governmental personnel and has a sound negotiation skills
Develop routine work plan for achieving minimal overtime and optimize the available resources
Formulate roster schedules for Resource Center and issue work plan for various BU's additional work force requirements at peak periods
Skillful in handling human resources from different work types environment


Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or any related field
Minimum 12 years experience and broad knowledge in General Management, Public Administration, Resource Planning and Execution and familiar with AOT work process.
Have planning experience in Aviation field is a plus

Experienced in managing high number of staffs with multiple skill sets
Experience in managing contract services, have strong customer service mind with objective driven mindset
